Unity Church of the Triangle Across time and religions, spiritual masters tell us: Know Thyself. The world convinces us that happiness comes from more: more money, more possessions, more approval. That equation never works—because no matter what we have achieved or acquired, we are left wanting, at the mercy of external events. In reality, happiness and peace come from knowing ourselves. They’re an inside job. But how do we do it? A Weekend with Nishit Patel will give you simple and practical yoga and meditation techniques to enhance your satisfaction and efficacy in life. The workshop covers physical, mental, emotional and spiritual well-being through the intersection of ancient teachings and modern science. Whatever your level of physical fitness, yoga or meditation practice, this weekend will get you closer to your goals. Don’t miss this inspiring, fun, and useful opportunity to improve your life!
